Mary McCarthy Executive Coach, ExecutiveCore
Mary McCarthy is a Talent Management Executive at Executive Core. She focuses on emerging and mid-level leaders, bringing a breadth of experience in attracting and engaging the next generation of leaders. She has extensive experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation and training and leadership development in both the public and private sectors.
Mary is known for her ability to design strategies and integrate diverse functions across an organization. Prior to joining Executive Core, she held multiple cross-cutting roles at real estate and professional services firm JLL. There, she was selected as an advisor to the firm’s executive team, a highly competitive role designed to give future leaders experience in executive management.
She has led major business transformation projects and training programs for some of the world’s largest organizations, including the U.S. Air Force, Hewlett Packard, ExxonMobil, Honeywell, Bank of America and Procter & Gamble.
Mary holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Marquette University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She was recently featured in Forbes and The Chicago Tribune on trends impacting millennials.
